Clover Living is a beautiful, Independent Living facility for adults of any age and Supportive Living Level 2 facility for 55+ Seniors in Calgary, licensed under Alberta Health’s Supportive Accommodation Standards. It has 129 suites in two adjoining buildings that rise up behind the historic Calgary Chinese United Church. The majority of residents in Clover Living are over aged 55, however, there are 35 suites reserved for adults of any age who are functionally independent. Clover Living is beautifully situated with a scenic view of the Bow River and the Sien Lok Park in its backyard. Located in the heart of Calgary’s downtown neighbourhood, residents can enjoy easy access to all area conveniences as well as the riverside pathway and beautiful park scenery.
 
Clover Living is well designed to serve Calgary’s Chinese, Oriental and Western seniors to build a multi-cultural community. Our staff speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and our on-site Western and Chinese cuisines and recreational services have been given thoughtful consideration in order to support a multi-cultural community. The facility is always well maintained, clean and welcoming. Clover Living is a smoke free, alcohol free, pet free and quiet community, providing a range of supportive services (24/7 front desk & security, 24/7 emergency response, on-site dining, housekeeping, laundry, resident support services, wellness and recreational services, chapel service, beauty salon, etc.) to our residents.
